When will my order arrive? 

Place your order before 5pm and we'll deliver it the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered on the following delivery day. (please remember this is for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only)

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value for online delivery is AED 50. Orders between AED 50 and AED 99 incur a AED 25 delivery fee. Orders of AED 100 or more qualify for free delivery.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Spend AED 100 or more in a single order and we'll deliver it to your door free of charge.

 How do you keep it frozen during delivery in this heat?

We pack every order with dry ice in special insulated boxes. Your ice cream arrives frozen solid, even in 45-degree weather. We've been doing this for years - we know how to beat the UAE heat.

What if I'm not home when it arrives?

Make sure someone's there to grab it. If nobody's home, you'll have to pay for another delivery. The ice cream stays frozen for hours in our packaging, but we can't leave it sitting outside.

How long does it last in my freezer?

Six months if you can resist that long. Most people finish it way before then. Just keep it in your freezer and it stays perfect.

Do you do party packs?

Yes, drop us an email and we can put together a party pack or a unique menu - minimum spends apply.
