At Desert Chill, we're committed to delivering your ice cream perfectly frozen and ready to enjoy. Please read the following information before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following locations:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Al Ain

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for online delivery is AED 50.

Orders below this value cannot be placed through our online store.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders between AED 50 and AED 99 incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

  • Orders of AED 100 or more qualify for free next day delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Next Day Delivery

Place your order before 5:00pm to qualify for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 5:00pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

While we always aim to deliver on time, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone must be available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window.

As our products are frozen and perishable, deliveries cannot be left unattended, with neighbours or in a safe place.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order:

  • The delivery will be cancelled.

  • Your order will be returned.

  • A new delivery date will need to be arranged.

  • A re-delivery fee will apply.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and delivery instructions are accurate when placing your order.

Desert Chill cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
