Welcome to Desert Chill. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Desert Chill

Desert Chill is a UAE-based ice cream company offering premium frozen desserts for home delivery, events and corporate customers.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, flavours and packaging. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or product availability.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

Where necessary, Desert Chill reserves the right to substitute a flavour with another flavour of equal or greater value.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Desert Chill reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or pricing errors occur.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before an order is prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to:

• Dubai

• Abu Dhabi

• Al Ain

The minimum online order value is AED 50.

Orders between AED 50 and AED 99 are subject to a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders of AED 100 or more qualify for free next day delivery.

To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 5:00pm.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Receiving Your Order

Someone must be available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window.

Because our products are frozen and perishable, deliveries cannot be left unattended or in a safe place.

If nobody is available to receive the order:

• The delivery will be cancelled.

• The order will be returned.

• A new delivery will need to be arranged.

• A re-delivery fee will apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered.

Returns are not accepted for ice cream or other frozen food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

9. VIP Pint Club

VIP Pint Club memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.

Membership benefits, pricing and exclusive offers may change from time to time.

Members may manage or cancel their subscription through their online account. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and will not affect orders already processed.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• May be withdrawn or amended at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, product names and branding, remains the property of Desert Chill unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use automated systems to scrape or copy website content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Desert Chill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
