Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to all recurring subscriptions purchased through the Desert Chill VIP Pint Club.
Subscription Renewal
Your VIP Pint Club membership automatically renews each month until cancelled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Desert Chill to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date unless your subscription is cancelled beforehand.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting info@desertchill.ae.
To avoid being charged for your next month's order, your cancellation request must be received before your next billing date.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, that month's order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Changes To Your Subscription
You may update your delivery address, payment details and selected flavours before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting our team.
Changes requested after an order has entered preparation or dispatch will apply to future deliveries.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment cannot be processed, Desert Chill may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment details.
If payment cannot be successfully collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
As the VIP Pint Club consists of perishable frozen food products, subscriptions and monthly deliveries are non-refundable once payment has been processed and preparation has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, Desert Chill may offer a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
