Desert Chill caters to a wide range of corporate events across the UAE, including office celebrations, product launches, team-building days, retail promotions, client thank-yous, and government activations.

Can we customize the ice cream truck with our company branding?

Yes. You can fully wrap our trucks, kiosks, or carts in your company branding, and even customize packaging such as cups, sticks, and tubs for a fully branded ice cream experience.

Is there a minimum spend for corporate ice cream truck bookings?

For corporate events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, the minimum spend is 500 AED per hour without any customisation. For bookings in other Emirates, pricing is available on a custom basis.

What ice cream products are available for corporate events?

Our corporate event menu options exist of Pops, Premium Ice Cream Sticks or Hand crafted Ice cream Scoops (Cups or Cones). You can choose from a full menu or request a custom selection.

Do you offer indoor ice cream catering for corporate offices?

Yes. We offer indoor-friendly setups with branded ice cream carts and kiosks, perfect for office buildings, lobbies, or indoor venues where our trucks can’t reach.

Do you deliver corporate ice cream packages without the truck?

Yes. We offer corporate packs including pints, sticks, and more, which can be delivered directly to your office or event location—ideal for giveaways or internal treats.

Can you handle large-scale corporate activations and events?

Absolutely. We’ve worked with top brands like Emirates and HSBC for large-scale activations, National Day campaigns, and internal events. We also offer volume production and logistics support.

How far in advance should we book a corporate ice cream truck?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Our trucks are often booked weeks in advance, especially during holidays and peak event seasons.

Can we create a custom ice cream flavor for our brand?

Yes. We offer co-branded ice cream development for special campaigns, product launches, or corporate celebrations—crafted from scratch in our Dubai-based production kitchen.

Do you provide corporate ice cream catering across all Emirates?

Yes, Desert Chill operates across all 7 Emirates. Standard rates apply for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. For events in other Emirates, pricing is available upon request.
