We don't use standard couriers. Your ice cream is handled by our own trained team in temperature-controlled vehicles. We guarantee your order arrives perfectly frozen at your home or office, or we’ll replace it immediately.

When will my order arrive?
Place your order before 5pm and we'll deliver it the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered on the following delivery day. (please remember this is for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only)
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum order value for online delivery is AED 50. Orders between AED 50 and AED 99 incur a AED 25 delivery fee. Orders of AED 100 or more qualify for free delivery.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
Spend AED 100 or more in a single order and we'll deliver it to your door free of charge.
How do you keep it frozen during delivery in this heat?
We pack every order with dry ice in special insulated boxes. Your ice cream arrives frozen solid, even in 45-degree weather. We've been doing this for years - we know how to beat the UAE heat.
What if I'm not home when it arrives?
Make sure someone's there to grab it. If nobody's home, you'll have to pay for another delivery. The ice cream stays frozen for hours in our packaging, but we can't leave it sitting outside.
How should I store and serve the Mochi?
Keep them in the freezer until you're ready to eat. For the best experience, let the Mochi sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before biting - this makes the dough perfectly soft while the ice cream stays firm.
Is your Mochi better than the ones in the supermarket?
Yes, because ours doesn't travel across the world. Being locally made means the rice dough remains tender and fresh, rather than becoming hard or icy.
