Welcome to Desert Chill! Outlined here are our Terms and Conditions for use and access to our website www.desertchill.ae. Accepting these terms and conditions (and all information herein), you are agreeing that you acknowledge and comply with these terms when using the site (user Agreement). Desert Chill General Trading LLC and Desert Chill Ice Cream LLC Trading as “Desert Chill” and may be referred to as “us” or “we” within the site. If you are not comfortable to agree to the aforementioned User Agreement then please do not proceed to register or continue use on the site.

Minimum Spends can and will apply. By accepting the order you are accepting your obligation to meet this minimum and spend the suggested amount. The minimum spend will be calculated based upon the time and cost of the delivery or event service.


‍Refund Cancellation Policy:

‍We understand that life happens! If you cancel your event or delivery at least 48 hours prior we will gladly cancel at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation is less than this for an event, or on the same day for a delivery any deposits paid, or minimum spends can be charged.

If for any reason an ordered product should no longer be available between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone or email to offer alternatives. Should you not wish to receive an alternative we will amend the order, and your receipt at the time or shortly after your delivery/Event.


‍Refunds, returns and stock availability:

‍Ice Cream is both a perishable and temperature sensitive good and thus cannot be returned, unless the damage is declared immediately at the time of receiving the goods and we cannot offer refunds for fresh produce but would willingly exchange damaged items.

At Desert Chill we take your safety very seriously and are fully HACCP certified for Goods receiving, Storage and distribution of Ice Cream and Frozen Goods. We also ensure that our suppliers are vetted and have relevant HSE accreditations.

PRivacy policy

Desert Chill General Trading LLC & Desert Chill Ice Cream LLC (“Desert Chill”) is the licensed and Trademark owner of “ Desert Chill” and we fully commit to respect your privacy and any data provided to us via this site. Before use and visitng this site we please urge you to review the privacy policy carefully. If you use the the service provided by us in this site you are declaring acceptance of the outline Privacy Policy and subsequent data provided.


How is your Data Used?

We are committed to respect your privacy and treat your data securely. “We” do not store or have access to your Credit/debit card information on our servers or database and all such info will be processed by our payment gateway partners “CC Avenue” directly. We will not be held responsible for any economic losses suffered on behalf our Payemtn Gateway partner. Personal information will however be required for order processing via this Website and our Mobile App. “Desert Chill” will never disclose, sell or exchange your data provided to us with any third party either during transactions or while stored there after. By using this website service you agree to these terms and conditions of website use. Not withstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under UAE law.


Any Prices quoted for our products and services are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE dirhams.
